The actual x25-minute training period consists of an intensive 20-minute workout, preceded by a comprehensive body examination (body fat, fitness level, muscle percentage, body mass index, etc.), a lifestyle review, and a nutritional consultation. 40 minutes are allotted to each client to ensure that their personal trainer has enough time to answer all their questions or concerns and recommend the best package to help them achieve their goals faster than ever.

May I follow up with the coach?

Absolutely! x25minutes assigns a dedicated personal coach to each client from the very beginning. Your coach is familiar with your goals, body assessments, and lifestyle. While we are happy to accommodate requests for a different coach, sticking with your designated personal coach often leads to better results.

What program or training is recommended?

Our personal coaches, experts in their fields, offer a variety of programs and workouts tailored to individual needs. How often can I train with EMS?

It is generally recommended to train with EMS 1 to 2 times per week to allow for muscle recovery and avoid overtraining.

What is your cancellation policy?

Subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable if the request is made more than 24 hours after the date of purchase. x25minutes members are required to inform us at least 24 hours before their session if they wish to cancel or be refunded; otherwise, the session will be charged.
